These terms apply to Let’s Hello, a service operated by Fix Investments LLC. By using Let’s Hello or replying to its texts, you agree to them.

The service

Let’s Hello lets members send hangout invitations by text message to friends who have agreed to receive them, and see their replies. Friends can reply by text without an account. Membership is free and currently by invitation.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Let’s Hello hangout invitations. You receive a welcome message, invitations from the friend who added you, at most one follow-up per invitation if you have not replied, one reminder on the day for a plan you said yes to, and one optional invitation to join Let’s Hello after your first reply. You never need an account to reply.
• Opting in: you opt in by telling a friend it is OK to text you, by texting JOIN to the Let’s Hello number, or by signing up with your mobile number.
• Early access: if you sign up on our home page with your mobile number, we text you once when your spot is ready.
• Sign-in codes: if you sign up or sign in, we text you a one-time code when you ask for it.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP or email hello@letshello.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Plan links

A member can share a link to a plan. Anyone with the link can see the plan and answer with a name; no phone number or account is needed, and answering does not sign you up for texts. Your first name and answer are shown to the person who made the plan and to others who open the link.

If you add or invite friends

Invitations to join are sent by you, from your own phone. Let’s Hello does not text your contacts to promote itself. Only add people who have told you it is OK to text them about hanging out. There are daily limits on how many people one member can text. Do not use Let’s Hello for advertising, spam, harassment or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We never sell or share phone numbers or opt-in data for marketing.

No warranties

Let’s Hello is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every text will be delivered. To the extent the law allows, Fix Investments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
